At V. Chapman, we want you to feel beautiful in your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
